If you are having trouble connecting to the WiFi follow the following steps:
- Verify you are connected to the correct network and are typing in the password correctly (insure capital letters and numbers are entered correctly.).
- Unplug the power cord to the modem and router for 1 minute.
- Plug the power cord back in to the modem, wait 1 minute.
- Plug the power cord back in to the router, wait 3 minutes.
- Try to connect again.
