Vacay Stay accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express as well as cashier's checks. For advanced reservations, personal checks may be accepted as long as it is at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your arrival. To reserve a home, a down payment of 50% of the amount is required if the reservation is made more than 60 days in advance.
The Property will not be reserved until the 50% Booking Deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due and payable at least 30 days prior to check-in date. If final payment of the remaining balance is not received at least 30 days prior to the check-in date, we may cancel the reservation, and retain the 50% Booking Deposit to cover any expense, loss or damage that we may suffer because of your default. If reservation dates are during Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival(s) or Stagecoach Music Festival, the remaining balance is due and payable at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.
